For items ordered from us we keep your personal data for 5 years which is in line with our warranty period on our products as well as meeting our other legal obligations.

For Enquiries:

We will delete your personal data two years after our last correspondence, so if you enquired about a staircase or stair parts, we will delete all records of our correspondence two years after the last communication between us.

We sometimes share your personal data with trusted third parties, for example, delivery couriers.

We never share your personal details with anyone unless it is required in order for us to for fill our obligation to process and deliver your order and we only share with them the data they require to for fill their role and we work closely with them to ensure that your privacy is respected and protected at all times.
